Client Infrastructure Sample Clauses

The Client Infrastructure clause defines the responsibilities of the client regarding the provision and maintenance of necessary systems, equipment, or facilities required for the service provider to perform their work. Typically, this clause specifies what infrastructure the client must supply, such as access to premises, IT systems, or utilities, and may outline standards or timelines for availability. Its core practical function is to ensure that the service provider has the essential resources and environment needed to deliver services efficiently, thereby preventing delays or disruptions caused by inadequate client support.
Client Infrastructure. Client shall be responsible for the purchasing, installation, maintenance and operational support for any hardware or other equipment necessary to access and use the Licensed Software, whether at Client’s site or elsewhere, including (without limitation) desktop computer systems, networks, peripheral devices and connectivity services. Data Virtuality shall provide written instructions to Client on how to access and use the Licensed Software. Client shall be responsible for the installation and set-up of all Client equipment for the initial installation and all subsequent upgrades, updates, and releases.
Client Infrastructure. The Client shall have the capacity to incorporate the Hosted Services into their respective web platforms or mobile application interfaces.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1
