Common use of Client Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Client Infrastructure. Client shall be responsible for the purchasing, installation, maintenance and operational support for any hardware or other equipment necessary to access and use the Licensed Software, whether at Client’s site or elsewhere, including (without limitation) desktop computer systems, networks, peripheral devices and connectivity services. Data Virtuality shall provide written instructions to Client on how to access and use the Licensed Software. Client shall be responsible for the installation and set-up of all Client equipment for the initial installation and all subsequent upgrades, updates, and releases.
