Common use of Client Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Client Cooperation. Client will provide to OpenNMS all of the following that are reasonably requested by OpenNMS to enable or assist in the performance of any Support Services or Consulting Services (collectively, “Client Resources”): (a) information, data, or other materials of Client;
