Client Cooperation. Client shall provide Spirent with reasonable, safe access to workspace, facilities, equipment and resources (including, without limitation, people, documents, systems and data) to perform the services.
Client Cooperation. Client recognizes and acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of the Services, and the efficiency and timeliness of their completion, is significantly dependent on the cooperation of Client with PR Firm as well as the available resources of Client. Therefore, upon the reasonable request of PR Firm, subject to compliance with applicable securities laws, Client shall provide PR Firm in a reasonably timely manner such information and resources that may be reasonably obtainable by Client that is/are necessary for PR Firm to perform the Services completely and accurately in all material respects. PR Firm shall be entitled to rely on the completeness, correctness and accuracy of the information provided by Client to PR Firm in the performance by PR Firm of the Services.
Client Cooperation. Client understands and agrees that its cooperation is required for the timely delivery of the Solutions. Client will, to the extent required: (a) provide TRITAN with any necessary resources required to fulfill an Order, (b) provide TRITAN with any necessary and reasonable access to Client’s personnel, materials, systems, facilities or data, (c) cause the appropriate personnel to reasonably cooperate with TRITAN as required for TRITAN to provide the Solutions, (d) abide by the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement, and (e) make all undisputed payments when due.
Client Cooperation. Client at all times will cooperate with Firm so that Firm may provide legal services as efficiently and quickly as possible. Client at all times must provide Firm with accurate and complete information; promptly respond to Firm's inquiries; keep Firm informed of changes in Client's address, telephone number, and personal and financial affairs; and Client and Client's witnesses shall be available for telephone and office conferences with Firm, and further available for depositions and court hearings. Should Client not wish to follow Firm's advice, Firm has the right in its sole discretion to withdraw as Client's attorney.
Client Cooperation. Client at all times will cooperate with Firm so that Firm may provide legal services as efficiently and quickly as possible. Client at all times must provide Firm with accurate and complete information; promptly respond to Firm's inquiries; keep Firm informed of changes in Client's address, telephone number, and personal and financial affairs. Should Client not wish to follow Firm's advice, Firm has the right in its sole discretion to withdraw as Client's attorney.
Client Cooperation. Client shall cooperate with Spirent with providing the Device(s) in a reasonable, safe manner (including, without limitation, people, documents, systems and data) to perform the Test Services.
Client Cooperation. Client will provide to OpenNMS all of the following that are reasonably requested by OpenNMS to enable or assist in the performance of any Support Services or Consulting Services (collectively, “Client Resources”): (a) information, data, or other materials of Client;
Client Cooperation. Client must promptly notify ReaQta following the discovery of any Error. Further, upon discovery of an Error, Client agrees, if requested by ReaQta, to submit to ReaQta a listing of output and any other data that ReaQta may require to reproduce the Error and the operating conditions under which the Error occurred or was discovered. In addition, Client is responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining all equipment, communications interfaces, and other hardware necessary to operate the ReaQta Software and to obtain maintenance and support services from ReaQta. ReaQta will not be responsible for delays caused by events or circumstances beyond ReaQta’s reasonable control.
Client Cooperation. The actual Launch date of the Client’s Unity Platform as set forth in the Vi-Net Unity Scope document attached is contingent upon Client’s timely delivery to SolutionX of all requested content, materials, information, and approvals as specifically set forth in the Vi-Net Unity Scope document attached. SolutionX may delay the Launch date or other deadlines at its discretion if there are significant delays in receiving requested items.
Client Cooperation. Client recognizes and acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of the Services, and the efficiency and timeliness of their completion, is significantly dependent on Client's cooperation with Navidec as well as Client's available resources. Therefore, upon the reasonable request of Navidec, subject to compliance with applicable securities laws, Client shall provide Navidec in a reasonably timely manner such information and resources that may be reasonably obtainable by Client that is/are necessary for Navidec to perform the Services completely and accurately in all material respects. Navidec shall be entitled to rely on the completeness, correctness and accuracy of the information provided by Client to Navidec in the performance by Navidec of the Services.
