Common use of Client Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Client Cooperation. Client recognizes and acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of the Services, and the efficiency and timeliness of their completion, is significantly dependent on Client's cooperation with Navidec as well as Client's available resources. Therefore, upon the reasonable request of Navidec, subject to compliance with applicable securities laws, Client shall provide Navidec in a reasonably timely manner such information and resources that may be reasonably obtainable by Client that is/are necessary for Navidec to perform the Services completely and accurately in all material respects. Navidec shall be entitled to rely on the completeness, correctness and accuracy of the information provided by Client to Navidec in the performance by Navidec of the Services.
