Client Base Sample Clauses

The Client Base clause defines the group of customers or clients that are relevant to the agreement or relationship between the parties. Typically, it specifies which clients are considered part of the client base, such as those with existing contracts, ongoing projects, or recent business activity. This clause is important for clarifying which clients are subject to certain rights, obligations, or restrictions—such as non-solicitation or exclusivity provisions—thereby preventing disputes over which clients are covered by the agreement.
