In the event that you or any of your staff, personnel, contractors, or representatives engages in any unacceptable act or behavior that renders it impracticable, imprudent, or unreasonable to provide the Services to you, then in addition to Covenant’s other rights under this Agreement, Covenant will have the right upon providing you with ten (10) days prior written notice, to terminate this Agreement or the applicable Quote For Cause or, at our discretion and if applicable, amend the applicable Quote to eliminate from coverage any System Malfunction or any equipment or software causing the System Malfunction.
