Common use of CLEANING, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

CLEANING, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES. The Student shall maintain Student’s assigned suite in at least as good a condition as Student’s suite was in on the move-in date, aside from normal wear and tear. Students are responsible for cleaning their assigned suite. The Student agrees to promptly pay upon demand any charge submitted by the College for repairs necessitated by the negligence or willful act of Student or Student’s guest(s). The Student agrees to notify the College promptly of all required repairs. The Student is not permitted to repair, paint, or remodel any College property or public area.
