CLEAN AIR AND WATER POLLUTION CONTROL. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 740-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. § 1251-1387). The Contractor agrees to report any violation to the Sponsor immediately upon discovery. The Sponsor assumes responsibility for notifying the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Federal Aviation Administration. Contractor must include this requirement in all subcontracts that exceeds $150,000. /// /// Attachment A: CERTIFICATE OF BUY AMERICAN COMPLIANCE FOR TOTAL FACILITY (Buildings such as Terminal, SRE, ARFF, etc.) As a matter of bid responsiveness, the bidder or offeror must complete, sign, date, and submit this certification statement with their proposal.
