Classroom Coverage. If no substitutes are available, a teacher who covers a classroom for an absent colleague shall receive paid compensation for loss of a prep period. This period must occur during the school day in which students are in their building and will receive $18.33 for one (1) period of coverage added to their paycheck at the end of each term.
