CLASSIFIED UNIT MEMBERS. 2 The District confirms its recognition of the Union as the exclusive representative for that unit of 3 employees certified by the Public Employment Relations Board in Case No. S-R-271; S-D-46 dated June 15, 4 1982 as amended by mutual agreement. Any dispute regarding this agreement may be submitted to the 5 Public Employment Relations Board (PERB). Any modifications once approved by PERB, become part of 6 this agreement without further negotiations.
