Common use of CLASSIFICATION PAY Clause in Contracts

CLASSIFICATION PAY. A. The Board agrees that if any employee is required to perform work in another classification, such employee shall receive their regular rate or the rate of the other classification, whichever is higher.

CLASSIFICATION PAY. A. The Board agrees that if any employee is required by the immediate supervisor or building principal to perform work in another classification, such employee required to perform work in another classification shall receive their his/her regular rate or the rate of the other classificationclassification at said employee’s experience step, whichever is higherhigher for said employee’s hours worked in the other classification.
