Classification of Goods. For the purposes of this Agreement, the classification of goods in trade between and among Member States shall be in accordance with the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) as set out in the Protocol Governing the Implementation of the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature signed on 7 August 2003 and any amendments thereto.
