Classification Information. Within ten (10) days of receipt of a written request by an employee, the College will provide to the employee, the point rating by factor for his/her position.
Classification Information. Upon written request by the employee the College will indicate in writing whether the employee's position is a guide charted or core point rated position and if the position is core point rated, give the core point rating by factor for the position within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request.

Effective until March employees whose classifications are governed by less than six (6) wage rate steps shall progress as follows: employees in classifications with three (3) steps are paid at the two (2) year rate on hire into the classification, the three (3) year rate at six (6) months and the four (4) year rate at one (1) year; employees in classifications with four (4) steps are paid at the one (1) year rate on hire into the classification, the two (2) year rate at six (6) months, the three (3) year rate at one (1) year and the four (4) year rate at two (2) years; employees in classifications with five (5) steps are paid at the six (6) month rate on hire into the classification; the one (I)year rate at six (6) months; the two (2) year rate at one (Iy)ear; the three (3) year rate at two (2) years and the four (4) year rate at three (3) years.
Classification Information. The City shall make available to the Union, regular reports issued by the City as to position additions and deletions from the establishment, as well as information, on request, as to job descriptions, list of positions in the bargaining unit, job classifications or reclassifications and related manuals.
