Common use of Classification Change Clause in Contracts

Classification Change. When a currently-employed RN I is reclassified to ▇▇ ▇▇ the nurse must meet the Hospital criteria for proficiency as stated in Article 1.10 (b) and will be paid according to the ▇▇ ▇▇ schedule above effective the next pay period after approval. Reclassification requests must be submitted to the nurse manager for approval.
