Classification arrangements.
34.1 The classification structure outlined at Schedule 1 of this Agreement comprises the following three discipline specific streams:
(a) Policy and technical;
(b) Veterinarian; and
Classification arrangements. The company is committed to developing the skills of the employees to meet the requirements of the business. The company is further committed to recognizing such employee skill development via reclassification, career path progression and associated wage increases.
Appendix 1 to this Part of the Agreement details the classification arrangements that will apply to workshop employees covered by this Agreement from 1st January 2007. The company, employees and employee representatives, when requested by the employees, will oversee the implementation of the classification arrangements in Appendix 1.
