Common use of Classification and Pay Clause in Contracts

Classification and Pay. The pay rates and pay ranges for job classes in the bargaining unit shall be as prescribed in Appendix A, attached. All bargaining unit employees shall be paid on a bi-weekly schedule. The parties agree that all pay-related checks will be direct deposited by the City of Hartford and bargaining unit members will receive all direct deposit advice via electronic notification.
