CLASSES OF BUSINESS COVERED. A. By this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, the Reinsurer agrees to indemnify the Company for the Company's Uncollectible Reinsurance Recoverables, as defined herein, with regard to business reinsured by or through MUF respecting Direct Excess Business and Gibraltar-Sourced Business, as defined herein.
