Classes of Business Reinsured. By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Property business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth.

Classes of Business Reinsured. A. By this Contract the Company obligates itself to cede to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer obligates itself to accept 100% quota share reinsurance of the Company's gross liability under policies, contracts and binders of insurance (hereinafter called "policies") issued or renewed on or after the effective date hereof and classified by the Company as property and casualty business as defined in Schedule A attached to and forming part of this agreement.

By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called "policies") in force at the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Fire and Allied Lines, Homeowners (property perils only), Mobile Homeowners (property perils only), Farmowners (property perils only), Commercial Multiple Peril (property perils only), Businessowners (property perils only), Earthquake, Inland Marine and Automobile Physical Damage (comprehensive coverage only) business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth.

By this Contract the Reinsurer agrees to reinsure the excess liability which may accrue to the Company under its policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) in force on the effective date hereof or issued or renewed on or after that date, and classified by the Company as Fire, Allied Lines, Homeowners Multiple Peril (Section I only), Commercial Multiple Peril (Section I only), Inland Marine and Automobile Physical Damage (not to include Collision coverage) business, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein and in Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Contract.

By this Contract, the REINSURER agrees to reinsure the liability which may accrue to the COMPANY under all of its original policies, contracts, binders and certificates of insurance or reinsurance classified by the COMPANY as: Medical and Dental Practitioners Liability (including Corporate and Professional Premises Liability Coverage, where applicable);

By this Contract the Company obligates itself to cede to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer obligates itself to accept quota share reinsurance of the Company’s net retained liability under policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter referred to as “policies”) issued or renewed on or after the effective date hereof, and classified by the Company as Private Passenger Automobile Liability and Physical Damage business (including but not limited to Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists, Personal Injury Protection, miscellaneous coverages and other related lines of business when written in conjunction with Non-Standard Automobile business in the State of Florida).

By this Contract the Company obligates itself to cede to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer obligates itself to accept quota share reinsurance of the Company’s net liability under policies, contracts and binders of insurance or reinsurance (hereinafter called “policies”) issued or renewed at or after the effective date hereof, and classified by the Company as Private Passenger Automobile Liability and Physical Damage business (including but not limited to Uninsured and Underinsured Motorists, Personal Injury Protection, miscellaneous coverages and other related lines of business when written in conjunction with Private Passenger Automobile business) produced and underwritten in Illinois, Indiana and Missouri by or through American Agencies General Agency, Affirmative Insurance Services, Inc. and branch offices of InsureOne Independent Insurance Agency, all of Bedford Park, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the “General Agent”).
