Classes and Types of Borrowings. The term “Borrowing” denotes the aggregation of Loans of the same Type and Class of one or more Lenders to be made to the Borrower pursuant to Article 2 on a single date and for a single initial Interest Period. Borrowings are classified for purposes of this Agreement by reference to either or both the Class and Type of Loans comprising such Borrowing (e.g., a Euro-Dollar Borrowing is a Borrowing comprised of Euro-Dollar Loans while a Committed Borrowing is a Borrowing comprised of Committed Loans).
