Common use of Class Spec Clause in Contracts

Class Spec. 3029 & 3039 “Seasonal” Labourers and Park Attendants will advance from Step 1 to Step 2 of their pay grade once they have completed 1040 hours (six months full-time equivalent) of service in their capacity as a seasonal Employee with the District (subject to satisfactory performance.) This can be accumulated within a maximum 24-month period over more than one “season” or assignment. Effective January 1, 2009: These class specifications will be deleted from Schedule “C”.
