Trainers/Instructors Trainers provided and assigned shall be high quality instructors on a consistent basis to deliver training as needed by the Court. Trainers should have knowledge of and experience with audio/visual equipment and technology. Instructor shall demonstrate active listening and facilitation skills, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and speak effectively before large and small groups. Performance/Quality Standards Contractor will: Provide feedback surveys and attendance records to the Court Project Manager upon request. Class Cancellation Policy Court will make every effort to cancel or reschedule a class scheduled with as much notice as possible. However, the Court will not be assessed a charge for missed classes. All reservation and/or paid classes shall be transferrable.

  • Stored Materials Upon prior written agreement between the Contractor and Region 4 ESC, payment may be made for materials not incorporated in the work but delivered and suitably stored at the site or some other location, for installation at a later date. An inventory of the stored materials must be provided to Region 4 ESC prior to payment. Such materials must be stored and protected in a secure location and be insured for their full value by the Contractor against loss and damage. Contractor agrees to provide proof of coverage and additionally insured upon request. Additionally, if stored offsite, the materials must also be clearly identified as property of Region 4 ESC and be separated from other materials. Region 4 ESC must be allowed reasonable opportunity to inspect and take inventory of stored materials, on or offsite, as necessary. Until final acceptance by Region 4 ESC, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to protect all materials and equipment. Contractor warrants and guarantees that title for all work, materials and equipment shall pass to Region 4 ESC upon final acceptance.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Heavy Materials An Employee shall not be required to lift a building materials in excess of 20 kg in weight unless such Employee is provided with a mechanical aid or with an assisting Employee; provided that an Employee shall not to manually lift any building materials in excess of 20 kg weight to a height of more than 4 feet (1.2m) above the working platform.

  • Distribution of Materials You will keep an accurate record of the names and addresses of all persons to whom you give copies of the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Preliminary Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) or any Offering Circular or any Preliminary Offering Circular and, when furnished with any subsequent amendment to the Registration Statement, any subsequent Prospectus, any subsequent Offering Circular or any memorandum outlining changes in the Registration Statement or any Prospectus or Offering Circular, you will, upon request of the Manager, promptly forward copies thereof to such persons.
