Class I Units. Each Class I unit of LG Aviv LP held by each holder of an option to acquire Company Common Stock shall remain in place while the option remains outstanding and shall be cancelled upon the cancellation, forfeiture, termination or settlement of the option in accordance with the terms of the operating agreement of LG Aviv LP.
