Common use of Class C Clause in Contracts

Class C. This refers to persons who are not Legal Land Users and are affected by the Company’s activities, including other Land Users. The State hereby agrees that the Company shall not be responsible for paying compensation to any person falling within Class C the Mines and Minerals Act). The Company shall not be responsible for any sums awarded in excess of that agreed in this Agreement.
