Claims Protocol to Begin Within 30 Days of Effective Date. The Claims Administrator shall begin receiving Claim Packages immediately upon the occurrence of the Effective Date, and begin processing Claim Packages in accordance with the Claims Protocol set forth in Section 10 no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
