CIVIL SERVICE & PROCEEDINGS. A. Any unresolved grievances having not been submitted to the American Arbitration Association may be submitted to the Civil Service commission. Said Commission will be in compliance with Act No. 78 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for 1935, as amended.
