Citys Managers. (a) The City hereby designates each of <> and <> as a “City’s Manager.” Each City’s Manager, including any additional City’s Managers designated by the City in accordance herewith, has, for so long as he or she remains a City’s Manager, full authority to act on behalf of the City in relation to all matters arising under this Agreement.
