Common use of City’s Construction Obligations Clause in Contracts

City’s Construction Obligations. City shall perform on the Premises those construction obligations described as “City’s Work” on the Work Letter, if any. Aside from any construction obligations described as “City’s Work” in the Work Letter, if any, City shall have no obligation to perform any construction work or improvements to prepare the Premises for Tenant’s Work.
