Common use of CITY’S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

CITY’S AUTHORITY. City covenants and warrants to Lessee that (i) it has full right, power and authority to execute this Master Lease and each Facilities Lease and has the power to grant all rights hereunder, (ii) its execution and performance of this Master Lease and each Facilities Lease will not violate any laws, ordinances or covenants, or the provisions of any mortgage, lease or other agreement binding on City, and (iii) Lessee shall have the quiet enjoyment of the City Facilities, and Lessee shall not be disturbed as long as Lessee is not in default beyond any applicable grace or cure period.
