City Treasurer - Duties. The office of city treasurer shall be held by such individual as designated by the city manager. The duties of such position shall include: (a) All duties imposed by statute upon the city treasurer; (b) Such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the city manager, including, but not limited to, the supervision of such municipal departments or offices and employees as may be determined by the city manager; and (c) The position of city treasurer may be combined with such other position or office as may be determined by the city manager.
