Common use of City Council Resolution Clause in Contracts

City Council Resolution. On the Effective Date, (i) Customer shall provide ENA with a certified copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto authorizing the City Manager or other representative of the City of Palo Alto to execute this Agreement, and (ii) ENA shall provide Customer with evidence reasonably satisfactory to Customer that the individual executing this Agreement on behalf of ENA is authorized to do so.
