Common use of City Contributions Clause in Contracts

City Contributions. (1) Effective the pay period beginning December 21, 2019, for full-time employees enrolled in a City-sponsored medical plan for employee only, the City contribution shall be $829.46 per month. Effective the pay period beginning December 18, 2021, for full-time employees enrolled in a City-sponsored medical plan for employee only, the City contribution shall be $838.00 per month.

City Contributions. Effective the pay period beginning December 21, 2019, for full-time employees enrolled in a City-sponsored medical plan for employee only, the City contribution shall be $829.46 per month. Effective the pay period beginning December 18, 2021, for full-time employees enrolled in a City-sponsored medical plan for employee only, the City contribution shall be $838.00 per month.
