Employee Plus One Dependent Sample Clauses

In practice, this means that an employee can enroll themselves and one other individual—such as a spouse, domestic partner, or child—for benefits like health insurance. This clause clarifies the scope of coverage, ensuring both the employer and employee understand who is eligible, and helps manage costs and administrative processes by limiting coverage to two individuals per enrollment.
