City Agency Review - Complete Construction Documents Application. Vertical Developers shall submit Construction Documents Applications concurrently to the Agency and DBI, who shall circulate permit applications to appropriate City Agencies within three (3) days of the Agency’s determination that a Construction Documents Application is a Complete Application, consistent with the requirements of the Interagency Cooperation Agreement. The City Agencies will review submittals made to them for consistency with the Applicable City Regulations. Each City Agency will provide any comments on the submittal to the Agency within thirty (30) days from the City Agency’s receipt of the submittal. Consistent with the Agency’s responsibilities under the Interagency Cooperation Agreement and the Planning Cooperation Agreement, the Agency shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause each applicable City Agency to complete its review of each Complete Construction Documents Application, or applicable portions thereof, within such time.
