Circumstance. The failure of a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on one or more occasions will not be considered a waiver or deprive that party of the right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement. The provision hereunder of one or remedies, shall be additive to all other remedies available to the parties under this agreement or applicable law, and the exercise of such remedy shall not limit a party in seeking or obtaining such other a remedies. Any waiver must be in writing signed by a person who is authorized by the party making such waiver to execute such document.
