Common use of C&I Services Warranty Clause in Contracts

C&I Services Warranty. We warrant that the C&I Services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards. This warranty will be in effect for a period of thirty (30) days from the completion of any C&I Services. As your sole and exclusive remedy and our entire liability for any breach of the foregoing warranty, we will, at our option and expense, promptly re-perform any C&I Services that fail to meet this warranty or refund to you the fees paid for the non-conforming C&I Services.
