Choice of Collection Facility and Testing Laboratory. In the event the Employer wishes to change the current collection facility or testing laboratory, the procedures utilized in any subsequent collection facility or testing laboratory shall be as specified elsewhere in this Agreement. Any such facility or laboratory shall be licensed by the State or Federal Government. The Union will be informed and shall be given the opportunity to inspect any new facility or laboratory.
