Common use of Children’s Programs Clause in Contracts

Children’s Programs. The Union agrees that, when two (2) performances of children’s programs fall within the performance call, only the one performance rate shall apply. This shall apply to all employees working the production and any excess time beyond the performance call shall be paid at the prevailing rate
