Checkpoints. The integration process comprises three checkpoints, which punctuate ongoing coordination efforts. These checkpoints are:
(a) Definition of Purpose and Need for the Tier 2 HST project;

Moreover, if it is required under the Laws to provide the Premises with additional characteristics needed for storage of such goods, then the manner, duration and cost of such works shall be separately agreed by the Parties in writing;
