Checking the inventory at the end of the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy, Xxxxx as a managing agency, will check the condition of the apartment against your signed inventory, you will be given the opportunity to attend a checkout appointment where the condition of the room will be reviewed. If you do not attend the checkout appointment, you must accept what we find when we check the apartment.

  • AT THE END OF THE TENANCY 2.9 The Landlord/Xxxxxxxx’s Agent must tell the Tenant as soon as possible if there are any proposed deductions from the Deposit.

Prior to substantial completion of the Work, the Contractor shall ensure that one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples are delivered to the Architect for the State and a duplicate copy shall be delivered to the State for the State’s use.

  • Payment to the Engineer for the services established under this Work Authorization shall be made in accordance with Articles 3 thru 5 of the contract, and Attachment A, Article 1.

  • INTERRUPTIONS TO THE TENANCY 5.3.1 To agree that Rent shall cease to be payable, if the Property is destroyed or made uninhabitable by fire, or any other risk against which the Landlord’s policy has insured, until the Property is reinstated and rendered habitable; unless the insurance monies are not recoverable (whether in whole or in part) or the damage needs to be made good because of anything done or not done by the Tenant, their family, or their visitors; or the insurer pays the costs of re-housing the Tenant. It is agreed that the Landlord has no obligation to re-house the Tenant.
