Check-In Procedure. Tenant is required to formally check into the apartment with a designated Landlord staff member. An inventory form must be completed and returned to Landlord's office within forty eight (48) hours of official check in. Failure to do so may result in administrative sanctions and/or charges for cleaning, damages and improper check in/out.
