Check-In and Check. out Procedures. University housing staff will communicate check-in and check-out procedures to Mayo Student and Mayo Group Sponsor. Included in these procedures will be the successful completion of a Room Inventory Form within 24 hours of occupancy by Mayo Student, for the purposes of documenting all existing damages. University housing staff, or their representative, will inspect the Apartment after Mayo Student vacates the Apartment to determine if any damage has occurred during the Summer Season, normal wear and tear and damage from the elements excepted.
