Common use of Charter Sales Incentive Clause in Contracts

Charter Sales Incentive. The Company will pay a six percent commission to operators and mechanics who sell charters without the assistance of a travel agency, provided they are accepted by the Company. The commission will be paid after the charter is paid for and operates. The Company reserves the right to operate or reject any charter and charters operated will be limited during peak periods. It is also understood only one commission will be paid for a charter and no commission will be paid on discounted charters.
