Changes in Testing Procedures. The parties agree that, there may be improvements in the technology of testing procedure which provide more accurate testing. In that event, the parties will discuss any such improvements in the Labor Relations Process. If the parties are unable to agree to make any modifications to the testing procedure set forth in this Article, the procedure shall remain unchanged.
