Changes in Scheduled Hours and Shifts. (a) When scheduled hours and/or shifts, other than those provided in clauses 25.03 and 25.04 are in existence when this Agreement is signed, the Corporation, on request, will consult with the Alliance on the timing of such hours and shifts and in such consultation establish that such shifts and hours are required to meet the needs of the public and/or the efficient operation of the service. Where shifts and/or scheduled hours are to be changed so that they are different from those specified in clauses 25.03 and 25.04, the Corporation will consult in advance with the Alliance on the timing of such shifts and/or such hours of work and in such consultation will establish that such shifts and/or such hours of work are required to meet the needs of the public and/or the efficient operation of the service.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE Any changes in the scope of the Services to be performed under this Contract shall be in the form of a written amendment to this Contract, mutually agreed to and signed by both parties, specifying any such changes, fee adjustments, any adjustment in time of performance, or any other significant factors arising from the changes in the scope of Services.

  • Changes in Fiscal Periods Permit the fiscal year of the Borrower to end on a day other than December 31 or change the Borrower’s method of determining fiscal quarters.

  • Changes in Work A. Work Previously Submitted as Satisfactory. If the Engineer has submitted work in accordance with the terms of this contract but the State requests changes to the completed work or parts thereof which involve changes to the original scope of services or character of work under the contract, the Engineer shall make such revisions as requested and as directed by the State. This will be considered as additional work and paid for as specified under Article 4, Additional Work.

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.

  • Changes in Fiscal Year Make any change in its fiscal year; provided, however, that the Borrower may, upon written notice to the Administrative Agent, change its fiscal year to any other fiscal year reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in which case, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent will, and are hereby authorized by Lenders to, make any adjustments to this Agreement that are necessary to reflect such change in fiscal year.

  • No Changes in Fiscal Year The fiscal year of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries ends on December 31 of each year; and the Borrower shall not, nor shall it permit any Subsidiary to, change its fiscal year from its present basis.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.

  • Holidays Worked When an employee works on a calendar holiday, he/she shall receive payment of the holiday at the regular rate and in addition, at the discretion of the Employer, (1) be paid at the rate of time and one half for hours actually worked on the holiday or (2) be given compensatory time off equal to one and one half the number of hours actually worked.

  • Unusual Job Requirements of Short Duration ‌ The nature of health care is such that at times it may be necessary for an employee to perform work not normally required in his/her job for the safety, health or comfort of a client or resident. It is understood that an employee shall not be expected to perform a task for which he/she is not adequately trained.
