Changes in Lines of Business. No Group Member will engage at any time in any business or business activity other than any business or business activity conducted by such Group Member on the ARCA Effective Date and any business or business activities incidental or related thereto, or any business or business activity that is reasonably similar thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto.
