Common use of Changes in Coverage Clause in Contracts

Changes in Coverage. The Venture may raise the minimum amount ------------------- of insurance to be maintained with respect to the Complex under Section 19.1(a) above to make such insurance comparable to the amount of insurance carried with respect to other similar operations taking into account the size, location and character of the Complex. In addition, neither party shall unreasonably withhold its consent to a request by the other party that such minimum limits of insurance be lowered on the basis that such insurance cannot be obtained in such amounts, or can be obtained only at a prohibitive cost. Similarly, if during the term of this Agreement changes in the insurance industry shall make any of the descriptions of the required insurance coverage inaccurate or inappropriate, then the Venture may change such requirements to accurately describe, the type of insurance which would be comparable to the coverage described in Section 19.1(a) above.
