Changes in Coverage. The Employer reserves the right to adopt a plan of self- insurance/self-administered coverage. The Employer will give reasonable notice of changes in the name of the carrier either in writing or through the broadcast of benefit material. Should the Employer propose to change coverage or plans, it shall open negotiations with the Union on the issue.
