Changes in Contract Time. The critical path schedule as the term is used herein shall be based on the current version of Contractor’s schedule for the project and accepted by County just prior to the commencement of the modification, asserted delay, suspension or interruption. Contractor may request a Change Order for an extension of time, which shall be accompanied by a critical path impact analysis reflecting the added or changed work including an analysis of the impact on unchanged activities.
