Changes in Agreement. 28.01 Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement in accordance with Section 58, Sub-Section 5 of The Labour Relations Act, as it may be amended from time to time, between the Company and the negotiating committee.
